I just moved to my new wheelchair accessible home June 15th, 2004. It's 1/2 mile West of I-94 off Weaver Lake Road in Maple Grove, Minnesota

Go west on I-94 (or north on I-494 to I-94 W). About 1 mile after the I-494S / I-94W split take the Weaver Lake Road exit for Maple Grove. At the end of the exit turn left on Weaver Lake Road, continuing to the West for about a half mile past Applebees and Boston Scientific. Continue going straight at stoplights for West Fish Lake Road. You will see a church and a park on your left side. Turn left on Ranchview Lane immediately after the park. My house is the first house on the left right on the corner of 80th Place and Ranchview Lane.
It is the only one story house, as all of my neighbors have multi-story homes. Note you must turn left on 80th Place to find my driveway.
